Low Carb Diet Weekly Menu

Two week low carb diet menu
- The first time - 200 g of chicken, 300 ml of vegetable juice, 2 glasses of water, a glass of green tea, herbal decoction (chamomile, lemon balm, rose hips). Drinking alcohol was associated with every day throughout the diet;
